Gradely Consulting was established in late 2025 by someone who spent 15 years embedded in some of the world's most complex engineering and industrial programs — managing critical IT platforms for a nuclear fusion project, building PLM analytics for global automotive manufacturers, and governing large-scale digital transformation for regulated industrial environments across Europe and Asia.

Before establishing Gradely Consulting in late 2025, Akshay recognized a persistent operational problem in modern enterprises: management consulting firms deliver theoretical strategy reports that software teams struggle to implement, while traditional software houses build rigid systems that ignore business reality.
Gradely was structured specifically to unite these two realms. Today, Akshay directly oversees our paying IT application support workloads in the EU while leading the active architecture and Proof of Concept development of INTELIO, a turnkey relational platform engineered to eliminate spreadsheet errors and manage complex hierarchical data.
